All services are being provided via secure video platform.

Effective 3/16/2020 our offices will be conducting therapy via tele-health exclusively. We do not know the duration of this format change.

What are your hours?

We are available weekdays from 9am thru 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am thru 2pm. .

Will my insurance cover this?

Insurances vary greatly from plan to plan. At The Artemis Center for Guidance we offer a free insurance benefits evaluation to help you understand the cost of your treatment. Please call us or click here.

Q: Will my insurance cover tele-mental health services?

A: It varies by plan.

Medicare: At this time we know that the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have waived restrictions on coverage for tele-health services for Medicare participants in light of the global pandemic. Medicare patients are eligible to receive tele-mental health services without authorization.

Aetna: Aetna covers tele-mental health for all COMMERCIAL plans. If your plan is self-funded you may or may not have tele-health coverage. Calling your insurance company is the only way to be certain that this service is covered. We have developed a form to guide you in that process here.

Meritain/ Coventry/ Continental: This varies by plan. Calling your insurance company is the only way to be certain that this service is covered. We have developed a form to guide you in that process here.

All completed coverage verification forms can be emailed to [email protected] 

Shortly after it is received we will be forwarding you an informed consent to sign via IntakeQ.

Q: How do I access tele-mental health services?

A: Each of our providers has their own tele-mental health platform via Doxy.me. This platform is HIPAA compliant and secure. We also have a back up platform should we encounter any technical difficulties during our sessions and your provider can share that information with you if necessary. The follow are a list of our providers and the URL for their individual platform. You can access this from any computer, tablet or smart phone simply by following the link below.
