Noel is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. Noel has experience working in community mental health settings for over 7 years. Noel was also an intern at Artemis while earning her Master’s Degree and is excited to return.

Noel specializes in treating individuals with various challenges and diagnoses through evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Noel has received specialized training through the Beck Institute and the Rutgers University School of Social Work.
