Gina Siniscalchi, MA, LAC

Staff Therapist

Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Montclair State University in 2017 with and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University in 2019. Gina has been working in the mental health field in various settings since 2018.  

Gina specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders including: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She also has experience treating depression, grief, peripartum issues, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and general supportive therapy. She typically sees clients in the age range of late adolescence to adulthood. 

Gina subscribes to a person-centered approach to therapy, and believes that building rapport is a critical aspect of treatment. She enjoys bringing genuineness into the therapeutic space and her main goal is to create a safe and supportive space for her clients. Gina has obtained extensive training in a variety of exposure-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorders and anxiety disorders including Exposure Response Prevention for OCD and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder. She also has training in S.P.A.C.E., a unique and evidenced-based approach to help the parents of children and teens with anxiety and OCD related disorders.  Gina also pulls from general cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches as appropriate.
