“I believe in using the Strength- Based Perspective when working with individuals and families. I understand that when a person is feeling anxious, depressed, or has conflict in their relationships it can be difficult to identify your areas of strength. I want to assist and empower my clients to tap into their inner strength and learn new skills and strategies for a happier life.”
