“It is a privilege and honor to be a part of someone’s journey towards healing. I believe we all experience times in our lives when we are going through a difficult period and need extra support. I work to assist clients in healing from trauma and mood disorders. I utilize a client-centered, strengths based approach using a variety of treatment modalities, including Interpersonal and Psychodynamic Therapy. My goal is to create a safe space where client’s feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I believe that change is possible and that healing can be achieved through the nature of the therapeutic relationship.”
