Elise is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with over 10 years of experience serving those with mental health disorders and addiction disorders. She received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Salisbury University and a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. Elise has experience providing in-home crisis counseling services to families as well as providing individual and group therapy to adults.
Elise utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma informed care to provide holistic, person centered treatment to individuals age 18 and up. Elise works with people to help them understand the impact of past trauma and stress as well as the relationships people have with themselves including their thoughts, moods, behaviors, and core beliefs. Elise is passionate about helping people who have experienced trauma learn how to live their best, most authentic lives in the present moment.
