Jane is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. She also completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rowan University. Jane has experience working with adults in partial day settings along with adults and children in outpatient settings since 2019. She prefers working with teens and adults aged 15 and above.
Jane incorporates various evidence-based therapies into her counseling, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She has collaborated with those struggling to manage challenges associated with anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain, eating disorders, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Jane has attended trainings on Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and is growing her knowledge on exposure based Interventions to treat anxiety and obsessive-compulsive-related concerns. She believes that through showing her clients empathy and unconditional positive regard, a positive therapeutic alliance can be made, and with that, great change.
