Laura Steinberg
Laura is a graduate student at the University of the Cumberlands, where she is pursuing a Master of Arts in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Laura has experience working with a diverse set of populations. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate the emotions of anxiety, depression, grief, and loss, particularly when these struggles intersect with experiences unique to women’s health, such as perinatal loss, motherhood, and hormonal shifts.
Her counseling style is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine connection. Drawing from a blend of therapeutic approaches, she tailors each session to meet the individual’s unique needs. Whether that involves exploring thought patterns, working through emotional blocks, or building practical coping tools. At the core of her work is a belief that healing happens through feeling seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
She aims to create a safe, validating, and empowering space. Her holistic and compassionate perspective allows clients to explore their inner resilience and move toward healing and growth.
“It is a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward emotional well-being. I am here to hold space for your experiences with compassion and care. I hope to support you in a way that honors your unique story and process.”
