Rachel D'Alessandro, MSW, LSW
Rachel is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child Welfare from Stockton University, and she went on to earn her Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University with a focus on Clinical Social Work in their Advanced Standing Program.
Rachel has experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds in a partial care program, an alternative school setting, and providing in-home crisis intervention services as a behavioral assistant and case manager through New Jersey's Department of Children & Families Children's System of Care (CSOC). Rachel is passionate about continuing to expand her counseling experience and make a positive impact on her community.
Rachel's treatment style focuses on the importance of having a complete understanding of the whole person and providing a client-centered approach to therapy; she recognizes no two individuals are alike. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and Solution Focused treatment methods/
