She has also completed extensive training in diagnosing anxiety and OCD and exposure protocols for treating these concerns. Dana has taken this training to provide an exposure-informed approach to addressing and supporting these concerns. When appropriate, Dana will also utilize parenting based interventions such as the S.P.A.C.E. protocol (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), which is a ground breaking approach to treatment child and adolescent anxiety and OCD related concerns by working directly with the parents to reduce accommodating behaviors.

Dana offers a Christian faith-based perspective to those clients who express an interest in this being incorporated into their therapy.

“Sometimes circumstances in life or experiences can leave one feeling broken. I strive to come alongside those I counsel and to help them pick up the pieces and feel whole again. I strongly believe that the therapeutic process can do this and I see it as my job to find the best combination of interventions, strategies, and techniques to get you there."
