Molly is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey. Molly earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. Molly’s experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in various circumstances. She has familiarity with working with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, depression, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive-related concerns, and self-exploration.
Molly collaborates with clients to meet them where they are. Adopting a person-centered approach to therapy, Molly creates a safe space for clients to express themselves authentically through empathy and genuineness. Molly operates under an eclectic approach, allowing her to generate a tailor-made plan for each client. Molly has experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, play-like therapy, and psychoeducation. She strives to assist her clients in achieving a greater sense of peace in their daily lives.
