Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. He has several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with particular passion for men’s mental health, attachment, and relationship dynamics.

Ryan works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment-related trauma, compulsive and impulsive behaviors, ADHD, phobias, and relational or family challenges. His approach is warm, experiential, and goal-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for meaningful change.

Ryan integrates evidence-based and attachment-focused modalities including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), EMDR, ACT, exposure-based interventions for OCD and anxiety, and other humanistic approaches. He specializes in helping individuals and couples strengthen emotional connection, process underlying patterns, and move toward more secure and authentic relationships.

Specializing in couples therapy, Ryan has advanced training in Emotionally focused Therapy (EFT). Fostering a focused expertise in EFT an attachment based modality. Ryan works to create a nurturing and non-judgmental space where couples can explore and enhance their emotional connection. He recognizes the profound impact of early relationships on present dynamics and skillfully facilitates deeper emotional bonds, leading to greater relational fulfillment and closeness.
