Jane is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and registered to provide telehealth services to residents of Florida. Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University. Jane has experience and enjoys working with teenagers and adults aged 15 and above.

Jane incorporates various evidence-based therapies into her counseling, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She has collaborated with those struggling to manage challenges associated with anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, chronic pain, eating disorders, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Jane has attended training on Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and continues to grow her knowledge on exposure based interventions to treat anxiety and obsessive-compulsive related concerns. She believes that through showing her clients empathy and unconditional positive regard, a positive therapeutic alliance can be made, and with that, great change.
