Center for Guidance, LLC for customer care, appointment reminders, and general two-way communication about appointment scheduling, billing, insurance, and administrative matters. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt out. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communication needs. The Artemis Center for Guidance, LLC reserves the right
to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages.
The Artemis Center for Guidance, LLC and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
